Jeez Steve, that was a mess. I'm pleased that you are on the mend and can relate to what you are going through.I fractured my spine in a cycling accident, lay on my back for 3 months and my first Munro afterwards was very special, becoming a national cycling champion at the age of 51 even more so. Steady, regulated progress is the way forward; good luck.
